34 6 Months Old

"Hello sun!"
"I LOVE my jumperoo! I'm SO glad that mommy and daddy let me pick it out myself!"

"Chillin' in my crib with my puppy and my paci. Mommy, please stop taking my picture so that I can go to sleep!"
Soccer is a beautiful game.
Now that I can sit up by myself, it won't be long before I can play "the beautiful game!"

"Swimming" to daddy on the floor of my nursery.

33 Trip to Blacksburg, VA

On April 12th, Ben, Kari, and Liam took a trip to Blackburg, VA to visit the Grayson family for whom Liam is named. He met his Great Grandmother Lavinia (who will be 97 in June), Great Uncle Randy, Great Aunt Joan, and cousin William Grayson. Lavinia is Ben's mother's mother and Uncle Randy (Randolph) is her brother. William is Uncle Randy and Aunt Joan's son.

Grandmother Lavinia happily meets her Great Grandson...

...and they have a cuddle.

Liam meets Uncle Randy...
...happily coos for him...

...examine's his cap...

...and then stills it!! =)

But they are friends again.

William Grayson holds Liam Grayson Fiore-Walker on our visit to the nursing home.

Apparently, Liam has a an affinity for hats. Whilst sitting on Aunt Joan's lap, Liam sports Great Grandmother Lavinia's red hat.

Aunt Joan holds Liam in the living room of her home in front of a photo of Ben's grandfather, Ben, for whom Ben is named. He passed away in Albia, Iowa, in 1992.
